Please join us for the Chaffey College DPS Senior Early Transition session. We will complete the Chaffey College admissions steps.About this Event
To complete the DPS Senior Early Transition Chaffey College application, please have with you the following:
- A personal email address such as a gmail, yahoo, or outlook account. Please do not use your high school email address if possible.
- A social security number. The social security number is used for financial aid purposes. If you do not have a social security number, that is okay. You can still attend this workshop and apply to Chaffey College.
- Access to a computer. You will need this to complete all online portions of the workshop.
To apply to the Disability Programs & Services students will need:
- Digital copy of IEP, 504 Plan and/or Psychoeducational Report
- IEP/Psychoeducational report/504 Plans need to be complete with every page, with qualified signatures
