We’re thrilled to announce our First Ever Non-Sanctioned Powerlifting Meet at Los Campeones Bismarck on Saturday, April 19th! 💥
🔹 Entry Fee: $30 per competitor
🔹 Divisions: Men & Women (separate)
🔹 Scoring: DOTS score will determine the placing
🔹 Cash Prizes for the winners of each division!
💪 Competition Lifts: Squat, Bench, Deadlift
This event is open to anyone ready to test their max lifts, have fun, and challenge themselves! Whether you’re a seasoned lifter or just getting started, we want YOU to join us for a memorable day of lifting.

⚠️ If we don’t reach a decent number of sign-ups, the event will be canceled, and entry fees will be refunded. So, get signed up ASAP!

• A signup sheet is available for those who need details on how to pay!
Rules:
✅ Chalk, knee sleeves, elbow sleeves, and wrist wraps/straps are allowed
❌ Elbow wraps, knee wraps, and bodysuits are NOT allowed
