Join us Tuesday evenings in August at Eltuck picnic area in Lory State Park for a series of fun shorter distance trail races. Each race is designed to give newer trail runners an opportunity to dip their toes into the trail racing waters, and more experienced trail racers the chance to sharpen their speed.
Race dates and distances:
August 10: Flat and Fast Eltuck Valley 5k (250′ elevation gain)
August 17: Into the Hills Eltuck 10k (1,700′ elevation gain)
August 24: Into the Hills Eltuck 5k (700′ elevation gain)
August 31: Flat and Fast Eltuck Valley 12k (500′ elevation gain)
After each race, we'll provide pizza with support from the Fort Collins Running Club, beverages from New Belgium Brewing and perhaps a cookie or two from Mary's Mountain Cookies.
All race participants will also receive a vintage Gnar race shirt (your choice). Awards will be given out at the end of the series to top points scorers.
