This is a documentary about the history of Lorton and what life was like inside of it.
About this Event

Stories from men that served over 20yrs in Lorton prisons give detailed description about life inside of it. Everyone involved, including the filmmaker himself(Karim Mowatt) either served time in Lorton or was a regular visitor to loved ones there.

The 1hr. and 20 minute documentary takes us back to the War of 1812 up to the closing of the prisons in 2001.

Sunday early show: Doors open at 1 p.m.

Show begin 2 p.m. and ends at 3:20 p.m.

Q&A from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. with the cast who are all ex-prisoners, guards or visitors.


Sat. & Sun. Late show: Doors open at 6 p.m.

Show begin 7 p.m. and ends at 8:20 p.m.

Q&A from 8:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. with the cast who are all ex-prisoners, guards or visitors.

Art and books will be showcased from ex-prisoners.

Drinks (Wine & Beer) and pastries will be for sale.
