Join us in celebration of Lori Baker’s retirement and the trail she has blazed for others through RSVP today!Lori Baker is taking her Next Step on a new trail, after successfully blazing a TRAIL for many others. While serving as a physical therapist in the school system, Lori witnessed firsthand the limited options and difficult decisions families faced when their child aged out of services. She could have chosen many paths with her extensive experience and expertise. Instead, she stepped forward in faith to become part of the solution. As the Founder and Executive Director of Next Step Ministries, God has used Lori’s obedience and faithfulness to build a ministry where families have peace of mind, opportunity and a place for their loved one to belong, where employees can learn and flourish and where the community can engage in and contribute to meaningful work.
It will be on Tuesday, March 31st at First Baptist Church Woodstock (Building A - Fellowship Hall). This is an open house — please stop by anytime 4:00 - 7:00 PM to share memories, well wishes and hors d'oeuvres. A short ceremony will take place at 5:30 PM.
