Loppen Decks er et nyt søndagsritual på Christiania: En græsrods open decks platform dedikeret til artistisk frihed og musikalsk udfordring. Dette er et rum for både nye og erfarne DJs - et rum, hvor man kan udforske nye retninger, forfine sine DJ-skills og lade sin egen unikke lyd udfolde sig.
Loppen Decks tænkt som et nyt fællesskab med rødder i vores kollektivistiske etos, hvor vi støtter udviklingen på den elektroniske musikscene og skaber forbindelser på tværs af genrer, tempo, labels og generationer. Fra techno til acid, fra house til funk - hvis det rør dig, hører det til her.
Loppen Decks er et inkluderende miljø, hvor der konstant er dynamik mellem DJ og publikum, hvor kultur ikke forbruges, men sammen skabes i takt med rytmen på gulvet. Her er lyd ikke baggrundsstøj - den er fundamentet. Her er fællesskab ikke et buzzword - det er drivkraften.
Om du kommer for at spille, opdage ny musik, mødes med gamle bekendtskaber eller simpelthen bare for at få dit groove på på en søndag - så er Loppen decks dit og vores rum.

For at få en plads bag pulten, skal du sende en email til [email protected]:
• DJ navn
• Genre / navn
• Ca. BPM
• Link til mix (SoundCloud eller lignende — hvis du har)
Pladserne er først til mølle. For at sikre et godt flow på dansegulvet i løbet af dagen, bliver tidsplanen kurateret efter stil og BPM.

Loppen Decks is a new Sunday ritual in Christiania: A grassroots open decks platform dedicated to artistic freedom and musical exploration. This is a space for selectors of all levels - from emerging talents to experienced DJs - a place to explore new directions, refine your craft, and let your sound unfold.
Created by the community for the communtiy, the initiative is designed to support the ever-evolving electronic music scene and to create connections across genres, tempos, labels, and generations. From techno to acid, house to funk - if it moves you, it belongs here.
An inclusive environment where listeners, dancers, and DJs gather not just to attend, but to participate. Where the floor and the booth are in constant dialogue. Where culture isn’t consumed but built and shaped collectively, one beat at a time. Here, sound is not background noise - it’s the foundation. And community isn’t a buzzword - it’s the engine.
Whether you’re coming to play, discover new artists, reconnect with familiar faces, or to simply groove your Sunday up - this is your space. It’s our space.
How to Apply:
To secure a slot, send an email to [email protected] with:
• DJ name
• Genres / style
• Approximate BPM range
• Link to a mix (SoundCloud or similar — optional but appreciated)
Spots are first come, first served.
To ensure flow and coherence on the dancefloor throughout the day, the timetable will be curated based on your submitted style and BPM - moving from early grooves into peak-time energy and wherever the night wants to land.
(Time slot preferences can be requested, but cannot be guaranteed.)
