This apparatus features two open straps rigged next to each other, providing endless possibilities for movement, flow, and exploration. Think of it as a blend of a Hammock and Straps, offering an experience that can elevate both your strength and flexibility.
In this workshop, you'll learn fundamental techniques, as well as how to seamlessly flow through various movements. Whether you're a beginner or someone with some aerial experience, this class will help you build confidence, strength, and creativity as you discover the beauty of this apparatus.
