This retreat is for you if you’re looking to:
- Nurture your wellbeing — reconnect with your body, mind and emotions through gentle movement, creativity, relaxation and mindful practices.
- Move beyond old patterns — Create space for healthier habits, ease tension and find renewed clarity, balance and inspiration
- Turn intentions into everyday practices— build supportive daily habits that bring more balance, self-care and intention into your life.
Gift yourself a two-day retreat from daily life, one minute walk from the seashore in Sandgate - a laid-back picturesque coastal village in Kent, home to a variety of independent shops and eateries.
The Retreat focus:
The retreat is open to anyone interested in exploring what the wisdom of their own body has to say to them. The weekend is suitable for advanced practitioners and complete beginners.

- Deepening physical, emotional and mental awareness
- Practicing effective witnessing skills
- Learning creative tools to navigate life’s challenges
