Would you like support in a trusted, confidential Christian community?Here at VPC, we are making a commitment to come alongside those among us who have family members who suffer with mental health challenges…depression, anxiety, addiction, and others such as bipolar, borderline personality and more. This year, we are offering an 8-week group called FAMILY GRACE.
Here is the flow you can expect each week:
We will investigate the lives of men and women in Scripture, discovering how faith, personal challenges, anxiety, depression, and other mental health difficulties and disorders collide.
Then we’ll explore relevant topics that will give us insights, tools, and exercises to apply the topic to our everyday lives with our loved one.
Each week we will come away with practical steps to cultivate healthy minds and hearts as we find hope and encouragement in prayer and confidential community.
Beginning Monday, January 30 from 6:15 – 7:15 pm for eight weeks in the Parlor.

Whole-Health Strength and Renewal
Grieving and Grace
