This is the third in the series of monthly Friday evening talks organised by the Parish Council, and the first for 2026... This time we welcome local wildlife expert and village resident Tim Arnold who is going to talk about the wildlife in the skies above, on the ground and below our feet in our gardens, hedgerows and the fields that surround our villages.Tim is a volunteer speaker and guide (and carries out wildlife surveys) for a number of wildlife charities. This includes the Berks, Bucks & Oxon Wildlife Trust (BBOWT), the Milton Keynes Natural History Society, the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds and the British Trust for Ornithology.
All talks are free, though there will be a voluntary collection on the night for the BBOWT. There is no need to book your place but an early arrival might be wise as we expect this talk to be popular!
Doors open at 6.45pm for a 7pm start and the formal part of the evening will complete at around 9pm. The bar will remain open until 10pm.
