Cobra | Bloomfield | Ages 21+The Night Shift continues on March 1st with another edition of Unionize to close out this long winter with a stacked local techno lineup to deliver us some heat!
A union is a club, society, or association formed by people with a common interest or purpose. It's an organization formed by workers who join together and use their strength to have a voice in their workplace. Our union is for creators and fans of underground house & techno music in Pittsburgh coming together for a common cause on the Cobra dance floor. It's a place where we can bring back artists who have played for us in years past and showcase new artists in our organization yet to be discovered by our audience.
This month we invited Gusto from Detour, Astra Robotica for a live set, and Dr. Karamelov to get us started at our home base of Cobra for a winter warm up filling the void system with dark techno. What better way to prepare to send off the cold and get us through the final leg of these chilling months.
Consider this your standing invite. Clock into the weekend: Cobra Lounge, every Saturday.

Longturn Music welcomes everybody and has a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, unwelcome physical contact, or any brand of bigoted behavior. If anyone at a Longturn event is making you feel uncomfortable or unsafe, or if you witness anything of the sort, we encourage you to speak with the door staff or our team members. We’ll believe you, and we’ll help.
In the era when America's Rust Belt got its name, factory workers labored on a 12-hour day or night shift for two weeks straight. To switch shifts, one group would have to work 24-hours straight and cover the labor gap. This grueling shift became known as the Longturn.
Longturn music was founded to give people with day jobs a space to spend their second shift. No bottle service, no passwords, just a dance floor filled with good people and good music.
Come early, stay late, dance hard ⚒️
