Longton Carnival is back, taking over Longton Town Centre for a FREE funday for all the family with funfair, street food, circus performers, live bands and singers followed by the spectacular Pig Walk Carnival Parade.

The Pig Walk Parade celebrates the heritage story of Aynsley driving a pig from Trentham to Longton Market to win the land for Queen’s Park and the money to build Longton Hospital. We work with world-class artists and local communities to fill Longton town with colour and music, in celebration of doing something silly for something good!

Visiting Longton couldn't be easier with good transport links, plenty of free parking and a growing cultural quarter of independent shops and cafes to explore. The Carnival is one of many initiatives proving that Longton has fresh ideas for the future of High Streets.
