Jonathon is one of the founders of Walk 2 Connect that is the organization that inspired Longmont Walks. An amazing pedestrian advocate, Jonathon has walked across the US (Literally) and inspired walking groups, including ours, all over the country.
Whether you’re a seasoned stroller or just looking to stretch your leadership muscles, this training is for you!
We'll be gathering at the OUR Center in Longmont from 1:30 to 5:00 PM for an afternoon of learning and, yes, some actual walking. Jonathon will guide us through the ins and outs of leading walks, keeping folks safe, and understanding how a simple stroll can do wonders for community.
