Savor and learn the wisdom from the blue zone of Ikaria, an afternoon rooted in the lifestyle and nutritional wisdom of Ikaria—one of the world’s famed longevity hotspots. Join George & Eleni Karimalis (Longevity experts from Ikaria; featured in Netflix’s Live to 100) and Dr. Rachel Dew for a guided lunch, a practical nutrition and longevity lifestyle workshop, and a live culinary demo focused on simple techniques that will teach you how to cook to preserve nutrients and avoid anti-nutrients, all while celebrating flavor.
