This program will provide updated information regarding both state and federal legislative issues affecting Nebraska’s nursing facilities and assisted living communities.
At the completion of the training, the participant will be able to:
1. Describe key legislative bills affecting nursing facilities and assisted living communities in 2025
2. Discuss potential impact of legislation on their community
3. Identify skills for being an effective advocate for the profession
