Join us for an unforgettable evening of food, wine, and community at our 10-course Long Table Dinner, a celebration of seasonal Ontario ingredients and culinary craftsmanship. Guests will be seated together at a communal table to enjoy an elegant, coursed tasting menu thoughtfully paired with exceptional Ontario wines.
Our culinary team has crafted a menu that blends classic technique with bold autumn flavours, highlighting locally sourced game, produce, and artisanal cheeses. Each course will be paired to complement and elevate the flavours on the plate.
