You’re invited to join the Long Table Breakfast Club a monthly gathering for men and women who want to live with more intention, presence, and connection.

What to Expect
We begin with a simple check-in and a grounding question. Each person has the chance to share what’s real... what’s alive, what’s challenging, what matters most right now.
The only request: listen deeply. No fixing. No advice. Just presence.
Sometimes we’ll explore a theme. Sometimes we won’t. What matters most is showing up — together.
Why We Gather
The Presence Project exists to help people reconnect with their attention, their purpose, and their own wisdom.
In a world full of noise, distraction, and constant demands, this is a space to pause, return to yourself, and practice being rooted in integrity, strength, and love.
We call this building an ecology of practice — a way of living that integrates body, mind, and spirit so we can show up more fully for ourselves, for one another, and for the world.
The Long Table Breakfast Club — open to men and women alike is one small but meaningful part of that larger vision.

Come hungry — for food, for connection, for something real.
Come willing to listen and to be heard.
Come as you are, and leave a little more alive.
Together, one breakfast at a time, we’ll practice presence — and begin again.
