L.S.D. Meet-Ups are now being added for those folks who are looking to start adding distance for Marathon/Half Marathon/10 Miler training, as well as for folks who just prefer an earlier meet-up time due to busy family schedule. The group will depart from Old Ox promptly at 6:00am and run East toward Herndon for 30 minutes at which point the group will then turn and run west. We should pass by Old Ox again at 7:00am, should any additional runners want to join us.
Each runner will run their own pace and distance of their choosing for the day. Post run runners will return to the Brewery to meet-up with the normally scheduled 10:30am run club meet-up, for hydration and socialization.
