Set within Supernormal’s private dining room, guests will enjoy a specially curated four-course menu, thoughtfully paired with a selection of PIRIE Tasmania’s award-winning sparkling wines. Discover how PIRIE’s elegant cool-climate style comes to life alongside Supernormal’s distinctive Asian-inspired flavours, with each course designed to showcase the versatility and character of the wines.
The afternoon will be hosted by Tom Wallace, Head of Winemaking, who will guide guests through each pairing while sharing stories from the vineyards, insights into PIRIE’s Tasmanian origins and the craftsmanship behind each bottle.
