Enjoy a curated four-course menu, thoughtfully created by the Supernormal team to complement a selection of PIRIE’s award-winning Tasmanian sparkling wines.
Hosted in Supernormal’s private dining room, this intimate experience will be joined by Tom Wallace, Head of Winemaking, who will guide guests through the wines and share stories of PIRIE,
cool-climate origins and the craftsmanship behind each bottle.
