The Long Jam is an opportunity to tune your body and mind to dance frequency and stay on it all weekend. Ride the wave of changing moods, gently listen to yourself and others, relax your mind into your body and let the power lines of movement guide you.
It opens up the opportunity to meet new dancers from afar. Time to test your courage and experiment radically. Let yourself lead if you have always led, take the initiative if you are used to waiting. The key is to listen in every moment. To what’s going on inside and around us.
We are dancing in a special place, in a vaulted hall hidden at a very heart of Prague among the courtyards and houses, with the sun falling from above. Immersed in a continuous flow of movement that reflects the changes of moods, images and sounds. With an open perception, with a willingness to be fully in every situation.
We who are at home here await all of you who come from afar. We look forward to seeing everything new you bring here. A mixture of different experiences from many distant places.
