Have you ever dreamed of doing a real 3 day? Here is your chance to learn how to do it!
Learn about the Steeplechase phase from 5* eventer, Cathy Wieschhoff. Cathy has competed at Kentucky CCI **** and
Burghley CCI ****. She is a ECP Certified Level V instructor, and R course designer, and an FEI Level 2 Cross Country
Course Designer. Sessions will be in groups of 3, at the same level, for 30 minutes. Be warmed up, attired for XC, and
ready to jump at start time. Cathy will also give the vet box portion of the clinic.
Alexa Thompson will conduct the jog up portion of the days education, bringing her experience and insight on how to properly
present your horse for jogs. Rider and Trainer Alexa has competed up to the 4* level of eventing, shown in the 1.30m jumpers, and enjoys competing in many other disciplines. Alexa is one of only three US riders that has obtained all three USPC 'A' certifications-- Dressage, Show Jumping, and Eventing. Alexa has spent time training in the United States under several top riders/trainers, has been based in Ireland and France, and is mentored by 5* rider and Olympic medalist, Maxime Livio.
