About this Event

The transport system in London is one of the most extensive and fascinating in the world. Developing into a co-ordinated system from Victorian origins. Today the system can support 4 billion passenger journeys per year. It is possible to see state of the art the buses, and 40 year old tubes in service simultaneously.

This tour focuses on these two aspects of our transport system. We will sample some of the oldest tubes on the network, as well as brand new state of the art hydrogen powered double deck buses.

The approx 2 hour tour ends at White City where you can review the old BBC Television Centre, and take refreshments at Westfield Shepherd's Bush. To join the tour, either book a free ticket, or make a donation. Both are acceptable.
