About this Event

When you choose to join one of The EA Project's events, you participate in something bigger than you think... We have the ambition to democratise sustainability and unite all people around climate action thanks to our strong and active community, our circular business matchmaking formats for professionals, entertainment and local partnerships.

LONDON'S CLIMATE SOCIAL CLUB

The EA Project is proud to announce the launch of a new format open to all, for more inclusivity.

No matchmaking like The CSN Networking/Matchmaking events and no presentation.

Simplicity, Warmth and Community.

Everybody is welcome to join us for a good time, so spread the word!

Local Markets (Re)Discovery

Join other like-minded people to (re)discover together, London's local markets.

Food & Drink, local artisans, and like-minded people: What else do we need to create a good sense of community, feel empowered, recharged and supported during our sustainable transition?

October...Oktoberfest?

To celebrate Oktoberfest, we will enjoy fresh German Kraft brews at the altar Kraft Bar, located within Mercato Mayfair, a sustainable food market offering different cuisines from over 12 food vendors over 4 floors in the centre of Mayfair, just off Oxford Street and a stone's throw away from Hyde Park.

Please note we have selected a date right after the actual Oktoberfest so we can get to know each other without the tumult of the festival.

The Venue

The market is located in the historical St. Mark's Church.

A word from the bar, German Kraft: 'We collected all the pint glasses that were broken at our beer garden site in Elephant & castle over the entire summer of 2019 to melt and form these into tiles for the Mayfair altar bar. After 4 months of work, we created over 1000 handcrafted bricks using up more than 1500 broken glasses. Our unique bar design combines the new age of recycling with the century-old church aesthetic.'

Where to find us & Programme
  1. Chantal will meet you at the entrance of the Church (inside) at 6.00 pm before heading straight to the altar Kraft Bar at the very end of the church.
  2. Around 6.45-7.00 pm, after a first drink together, those who want to will have a walk around to discover the different food vendors and bring down some food of your choice we can enjoy together in the Food Hall.
  3. At 8 pm, (if not too busy) we will head down to the Crypt for a last drink (or two!)
