Join us this year on Thursday 17 September 2026 as we return to the Guildhall, City of London. This event will once again bring together experts, campaigners and enthusiasts from across the UK and beyond to showcase best practice schemes and the latest academic research to support London and other urban places to make walking, wheeling and cycling the default choice.
Our plenary speakers for 2026 include:
- Dr Saira Ali FLI FRSA, Team Leader for Landscape Design and Conservation, Bradford Council and President, Landscape Institute
- Ed Clancy OBE, Former professional cyclist and South Yorkshire’s Active Lives Commissioner
- Rhiannon Letman-Wade, Active Travel Commissioner, York and North Yorkshire Combined Authority
- Will Norman, London’s Walking & Cycling Commissioner
- Peter Norton, Associate Professor of History in the Department of Engineering and Society, University of Virginia
- Caroline Russell AM, Leader of the City Hall Greens and Chair of the Transport Committee
