The Wim Hof Method is more than just breathing; it’s a tool for transformation. Under the guidance of Certified Wim Hof Instructor Urszula Szczepanik, you will learn how to:

• Lower Stress: Use your breath to switch off the "fight or flight" response.
• Boost Energy: Oxygenate your body for a natural, lasting energy lift.
• Improve Focus: Sharpen your mental clarity and presence.
• Reconnect: Listen to your body and find stillness in a fast-paced city.

• Arrival & Grounding: Settle in, meet the community, and set your intentions.
• The Fundamentals: A briefing on the science, safety, and physiology of the method.
• The Breathwork Journey: 3-4 rounds of guided breathing set to a deep, immersive soundscape.
• Integration & Meditation: Quiet time to let the experience settle.
• Closing Circle: Reflect, ask questions, and leave feeling brand new.

To ensure you have the most comfortable experience, please bring:

• A Warm Blanket Your body temperature will likely drop during the breath retention
• An Eye Mask (Highly Recommended) To help shut out the world and deepen your focus
• Water bottle and Positive Energy
