Talk: Is Your HR Organisation Actually Ready for AI?

Ideja Bajra, AI Strategist & Founder of Edvance AI

Everyone feels the pressure to "do something with AI" – but few leaders know how to measure whether their organisation is genuinely ready for it. Ideja will explore the people side of AI adoption: why technical and non-technical teams so often struggle to communicate, where adoption tends to break down, and how leaders can turn readiness into real implementation.

Drawing on her work with organisations across sectors, Ideja will introduce the FAULT framework – a way to assess AI readiness from a human perspective across leadership alignment, trust, capability and workflows – and share how those insights translate into a staged roadmap for putting AI to work on the ground.

About Ideja: Ideja Bajra is an AI Strategist, speaker and Founder of Edvance AI, where she focuses on the people side of AI adoption. Her path began in cell biology before she moved into helping organisations navigate AI readiness, human capital and the future of careers. She regularly speaks for organisations including Salesforce, TikTok and the UK House of Lords, and has been named a Top 5 UK AI Innovator (AI100) and Highly Commended in AI at the Women of the Future Awards. She also mentors individuals exploring careers in AI and the future of work.
