LONDON City Ladies Networking October Meeting

You can now book onto our October City Ladies London Networking breakfast, held at the Hilton.

Organised and hosted by Natalie Turner and Julia Darlington, this session will feature our incredible spotlight, Sheila Smith.

Sheila Smith spent 26 years as a brand designer before moving into property and founding BeHomed, a rent-to-own company that helps renters become homeowners by matching them with landlords who want a smarter way to sell. After being uprooted by landlords wanting their properties back, not once but twice, she became a homeowner herself at 46, and set out to fix the gap between being ready to own a home and being approved for a mortgage on any given day.

An Evening Standard feature on BeHomed generated over 400 enquiries and 136 applications in a single week, and her work has since been featured in outlets including the Daily Mail's This is Money and Metro.
