Fifty years of friendships, adventures, achievements and memories. Now it's time to celebrate!
In September 2027, we're bringing the Lomond community together for a very special evening to mark our 50th anniversary, and we'd love you to be part of it.
Whether you left Lomond last year or several decades ago, whether you were a pupil, a member of staff or simply someone who has been part of our story, this is your invitation to reconnect, reminisce and celebrate everything that makes Lomond so special.
And what better setting than Glasgow's magnificent Òran Mór?
Expect familiar faces, old friends, plenty of laughter and perhaps a few stories that have improved considerably with the passing of time!
An Evening Worth Dressing Up For
Dust off your dancing shoes, gather your old school friends and join us for a fabulous black-tie celebration.
The evening includes:
- A welcome drink on arrival
- A delicious three-course dinner
- A traditional Scottish ceilidh to get everyone on their feet
- A DJ and dancing until 1.00 am
- A few surprises along the way!

Gather Your Friends, Book Your Table
Some friendships begin in the classroom and last a lifetime. Others simply pick up where they left off, even after twenty or thirty years.
We'd love to see entire year groups reunited, former colleagues catching up and friends from every generation of Lomond coming together.

Booking individually but hoping to sit with your old classmates or a particular group of friends? Simply email [email protected] after purchasing your ticket with your seating preferences, and we'll do our very best to bring everyone together.
Tickets will be released in three allocations, all at the same price. Numbers are limited, so we'd encourage you to book early to avoid missing out.
Celebrating Our Past, Investing in Our Future
Above all, this evening is a celebration of the people who have made Lomond what it is today.
It isn't a fundraising event, but should the evening generate a surplus, every penny of profit will go directly to the Lomond School Bursary Fund, helping future generations of young people enjoy the opportunities that a Lomond education can offer.
We think that's a rather lovely way to celebrate our first fifty years while looking ahead to the next fifty.
A Reunion 50 Years in the Making
We hope this will be one of the biggest reunions in Lomond's history, bringing together former pupils, staff, families and friends from across the decades.
So dig out those old school photographs, get the group chat going, track down the friends you've been promising to meet for years and make a date for 24 September 2027.
There will be plenty to reminisce about, lots to celebrate and, in tru Lomond style, some rather enthusiastic dancing.
