Lohri Night 2023

The festival of Lohri, is celebrated primarily by Sikhs and Hindus all across the India, marks the end of winter season and is traditionally believed to welcome the sun to the northern hemisphere. Lohri marks the New Year for Punjabi farmers. On this day, the farmers pray and show gratitude for their crops before the harvesting begins and pray to Lord Agni to bless their land with abundance.
