肌肉骨骼病人的狀況千奇百種，然而臨床上常因為評估時間受限，以及病患量眾多的原因，而沒辦法整理出一個快速介入的治療過程，遺漏的細節可能都會影響患者的進步。因此希望透過問診技巧強化、神經肌肉理學檢查以及動態評估，快速執行鑑別診斷和系統化的「心智圖(mind map) 」，讓臨床治療師可以快速掌握患者狀況，並可根據評估結果設計出一套完整治療計畫。
整個思考的過程，我們稱為「 Logical Thinking Approach」®。
胸椎與肩關節一直是關係密切的兩個部位，如何有效率的蒐集以及辨別資訊的效用，進而做出正確的鑑別診斷並給予治療，歡迎大家和我們一起釐清所有的臨床問題！
