In this class you will be provided with 2 logs, beeswax, and mushroom spawn to inoculate with. We will go over step by step instructions and have a demonstration of each step start to finish.$75 individual option with 2 logs provided (1 shiitake, 1 oyster).
$125 Couples option with 4 logs provided (2 shiitake, 2 oyster).
$175 for the family option of 3-5 people where there are 6 logs provided (3 shiitake, 3 oyster).
Event will take place in one of our greenhouses so it will be rain or shine. There will be 2 dates available 3/30 & 4/06. SPACES ARE LIMITED.
