Sellers let on 8.30am strictly NO ADMISSION AFTER 9am
Buyers can enter at 9am or once all cars parked
The Millennium Green has one entrance which is on A61 Leeds Road, opposite Lofthouse Methodist Church
Toilet facilities over the road in the Methodist Church Hall upon request from 9.15am.
This is a Charity Car Boot Sale.
All proceeds from this event go to help the Green be maintained by Lofthouse Millennium Green Trust

Seller vehicles set up between 8.30am-9am - strictly no vehicles can enter the green after 9am except disabled blue badge holders.
buyers MUST stay off the green until all vehicles are parked up to ensure the safety of all.
Failure to do this could jeopardise the future of this lovely car boot so please help us help you.
ALL STAFF ARE VOLUNTEERS

Sellers vehicles will NOT be able to leave the green until 12pm and safe to do so and must follow marshals
Buyers there is no parking on the site (except for blue badge holders).
Please park on a single side of Leeds Road and a single side of Westgate Lane.
Please be respectful of our residents when parking.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SELLERS
These will be provided prior to entering the green
• The Organisers of the Car Boot Sale, Lofthouse Millennium Green Trust, will not accept any liability or responsibility for any transactions on the Car Boot sale.
• Person or persons entering this Car Boot Sale are expected to act in a responsible manner regarding their own and others safety.
• Lofthouse Millennium Green Trust are not responsible for any loss or damage to any person's car / property entering the site for the duration of the car boot sale.
• Strictly no littering. Please take all your waste and unsold items home with you.
• Strictly No Counterfeit Goods. It is illegal to sell counterfeit goods anywhere in the UK and our Car Boot Sale is no exception.
• It is strictly forbidden to sell any fire arms, knives, BB guns, fireworks, tobacco, vapes, alcohol, controlled or age restricted substances or any items that may fall into the these categories.
• No food and drink to be sold unless pre-approved by Lofthouse Millennium Green Trust.
• Cars - £10, vans or cars with trailers £15 by cash, collected once set up.
• Safe parking - please park your car as advised by stewards and follow their guidance at all times.
• Entry before 9am, and vehicles cannot leave until 12pm and only when advised by stewards. Times may vary at discretion of the organisers.
• Strictly max 5mph driving limit when entering and leaving the green.
• Entry is at the discretion of the official organisers.
• By entering the site you accept these Terms and Conditions and that you have read fully and understood the Terms and Conditions set out above.
