Loews Arlington III Hotel Pre-bid and Trade Partner Outreach Event

JE Dunn Construction is the General Contract for the new Loews Arlington III Hotel, in Arlington, TX. The 441,151 GSF hotel will feature 507 keyed rooms, 23 total floors including 4 floors and 158,906 GSF of conference space. The new hotel will sit on a 14.8-acre site at the intersection of Convention Center Drive and Ballpark Way.

JE Dunn will be soliciting bids for this project and all interested trade partners are invited to attend a non-mandatory Trade Partner outreach and pre-bid meeting.
