About this Event
The Hispanic Film Society of Victoria is proud to bring to town Locarno, a wonderful Latin-folk-pop ensemble, which will play at Vertigo, in the Student Union Building of the University of Victoria, on Saturday September 24. They will play after the screening of Omara, a documentary film about iconic Cuban singer Omara Portuondo, as part of the 12th Latin American and Spanish Film Week that will take place from Sept 20 to 25 in Cinecenta, also in the Student Union Building (no need to attend the film to attend the concert).
