About this Event
Texas Health Community Hope is planting the seeds for a healthier community by creating opportunities to learn directly from local urban farmers. The “Locally Grown Experience” series features hands-on activities presented by local growers around Dallas-Fort Worth.
Farm Experience with Bonton Farms - Growing at Home Presented by Ecokin
Monday, November 18, 2024 | 5:30-7pm
Join Texas Health Community Hope for an evening "on the farm" at Bonton Farms and learn from urban farmers firsthand, gain tips, and discover how we all can support local farmers in their efforts to enhance community well-being. Discover the fun of growing your own food and gain skils for starting your own garden. Acquire new knowledge and use skills presented during the workshop for starting your own garden!
There is no fee to participate, however, advanced registration is required and space is limited. Registration is open until November 15 or until the class is filled.
