About this Event
You are invited to attend the upcoming Edinburgh Local Employability Partnership Summit on Thursday 22 January 2026 at the Symposium Auditorium at Surgeons Quarter, 10 Hill Place, Edinburgh EH8 9DS. This is the third Employability Summit where we will focus on the challenges around in-work progressions and attracting and retaining employees.
Speakers include Rona Hunter, Chief Executive Capital City Partnership, Professor Graeme Roy University of Glasgow and Scottish Fiscal Commission, Joanne Davidson Edinburgh Chamber of Commerce, Adam Dunkeley Integrated Regional Employability and Skills PMO, and Mike Jeffries Edinburgh College. We will also have video testimonies from employers and employees.
The purpose of this event is for key influencers and stakeholders to come together to better understand and comment on the difficulties being faced around employment and progressing into better paid work, and to help form actions the Local Employability Partnership can take forward.
