Hey everyone! i’m an author of a book called called “numb”. It’s only available on amazon at the moment but it’s going to be in a book store soon! I have struggled with my mental health for almost my whole life. I use poetry to cope because speaking isnt the easiest for me. I have a stutter. My book captures poems that I wrote in my darkest thoughts/feelings. It’s a very blunt, raw overview on mental illness and my hope is that if someone is struggling, they can see that they aren’t alone and it’s okay to not be okay
