Local 701 Rides Again!Sisters and Brothers, Local 701 Motorcycle Club has another ride scheduled for October 10th. This will more than likely be the last official ride of the season. We will be meeting at the Local’s Union Hall at 7:30am, kickstands up at 8:00 AM sharp. Please be fueled up when you arrive. We will be headed for a scenic ride west to Galena, Illinois. The ride will be about 3 hours and arrive in Galena for a total of about 150 miles. We will stop at the BP in Oregon, Illinois for those that may need to refuel. This ride has lots of twists, turns and hills with some amazing views that look nothing like the rest of the state. We will be ending the ride at Gobbie’s Sports Pub & Eatery in Galena.
