Lobbies & Libations

Downtown looks and feels a bit different than it did pre-pandemic, but that's where we (HDMD/CHI) come in! Each month, we'll move to a new lobby in our neighborhood for a few hours of fun with our co-working friends, meeting people from other buildings and talking about what projects are on the horizon in Downtown Hou. Whether you come for the free drinks or the community, we're excited for you to pop in and have a good time, on us!

Make sure to bring your business card to be entered in one of the raffles (we're giving away $100 gift cards to several Downtown restaurants: Guard & Grace, Common Bond Brasserie, Phoenicia Specialty Foods & GJ Tavern!).

So, bring a co-worker or three and meet us for our first event on August 17 at TotalEnergies Tower.

Lobbies & Libations 5W's

Who: All Downtown Houston office workers, whether you're working Downtown 1x/week or daily, you're still part of what makes DTHou special.

What: A monthly happy hour sponsored by the Houston Downtown Management District and Saint Arnold Brewing. Pop by for beer, wine and craft cocktails (and mocktails), bites from Island Grill, live music, "lawn" games, swag + giveaways, and connect with all things Downtown.

When: August 17th, 2022 from 4-6pm (and the third Wednesday of each month afterwards, locations to be announced).

Where: The lobby at TotalEnergies Tower (1201 Louisiana St.). You can connect via the tunnel network, walk over from your office tower, or park at the surface lot at 1225 Louisiana (limited number of validations will be provided).

Why: To celebrate working Downtown, no matter how much or how little you may be here. To meet those from other industries, offices and buildings. To connect with Downtown Houston and where our neighborhood is going (plus be part of that change).
