Loan Officer Referral Night

Tuesday April 29th we will be holding this event specifically for residential loan officers. We will have a complementary buffet and wine. We will also talk about our 1099 referral program.

This is a program Cornerstone Commercial Capital has offered since starting business. It allows loan officers to have a second income stream that does not affect your residential production. Partnering with Cornerstone allows residential loan officers to provide their clients with a commercial referral partner that they can trust to take excellent care of their clients. The loan officer’s name stays with the file and gets paid the first pay period after closing with a payroll check with no taxes taken out and receive a 1099 end of the year. Cornerstone works with banks and lenders all over the country. Any state an attendant of the event is licensed in Cornerstone can provide their clients with its services.
