This session starts with the premise that desired workplace outcomes will never exceed the level of leadership experienced. Following on from WorkSafe Tasmania Month 2023s ‘Leadership is the difference maker’, this session expands on the concept of empowering all team members to be leaders by providing greater insight into the key components of team alignment: how to get the right people on your bus, in the right seats, all leading and living in a safe, high performing workplace. It presents more practical tools to support all team members to build 360-degree trust, deliver the often avoided conversation, manage change, and create inspired workplaces that daily ‘live above the line’. These are all integral ingredients for a compliant, safe, healthy, happy and innovative workplace environment.
