IMPORTANT - NEW LOCATION!!
322 3rd St, Elizabeth, NJ 07206

This is slightly farther away in NJ, but if you are coming from the Holland tunnel it should only take you about 10 minutes extra to get there compared to the Marina. If you’re coming from the Lincoln, it’s going to be about the same as before. We’re thankful to the Marina folks for many years of loading and unloading there, but the cost had unfortunately become prohibitive (2/3 of a container!) just for the lot rental.
As always, we would *love* your help at load-in. If you have time to volunteer, fill out our signup form! Many burners who aren't even making it to the burn come to load-in just to help out. It's hard work, but it's a community endeavor, and dare we say... a party!

Please arrive according to your time slot. THE CONTAINERS ARE CLOSED AND TAKEN AWAY AT 4PM, so no matter what, be there well before that time.
Order of operations:
1. Park - in designated area only (inside the ropes)
2. Unload your items and move your vehicle out of everyone's way (to somewhere else inside the ropes)
3. Check in
4. Have items measured
5. Load your items onto container
6. Look at your container and REMEMBER ITS NAME! (not the plate number, but the illustrated sign that has a name. Take a photo.)
7. Have a drink and help others

Here are some FAQs (also found on our website):
---
How long does this take?
Plan on being on-site at least an hour between parking, check-in, getting measured, and then loading your items onto the containers. Don't make your Uber/Lyft driver wait for you. Get a new one later.
---
Do my bins/items need to be labeled?
Oh heck yes - you need to be able to locate them yourself!
---
Do I need my QR code?
Yes - You MUST affix at least one full size copy of your QR code to the outside of *each* of your bins.
---
Can I sign my waiver later?
No - In order for you to load your stuff onto the containers, we MUST have a waiver on file, signed by the person whose name was submitted when you bought the space.
---
Does it need to be printed?
No - As long you’ve signed the online waiver and your waiver email address matches the address on your space reservation you’re good to go!
---
Can I put my bike on the container as is? No - bicycles must be boxed.
---
Can I load my e-bike?
Yes, BUT - NO BATTERIES. E-bike batteries must be removed in order to be loaded onto the container.
---
Where does my battery go?
For a round-trip fee, Isa will transport batteries by ground all the way to playa. There's a form for this: https://forms.gle/4PMbtnpnm1yoD4QU8
---
I have a conflict. Can I come on Saturday instead? Or what about in the evening?
No - We are there SUNDAY ONLY, and THE CONTAINERS ARE CLOSED AND TAKEN AWAY AT 4PM. Find alternative arrangements to get your items to Liberty Harbor Marina.
---
I can't make it to my timeslot. Can I come later?
Yes, BUT - If you load later than your designated times lot, know that your things will be in the way of others and are more likely to be moved and stepped on. Make it on time. That said... emergencies happen. if you miss your timeslot, just make sure to get your stuff loaded before 4pm (so, arrive by 3pm). AND LET US KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON.
