Latino Outdoors: SF Bay Area is partnering with Golden Gate National Recreation Area's Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Committee to host a free Cascarita Y Community event to celebrate Latinx Heritage Month.Latinx Heritage Month is celebrated by honoring and sharing the cultures, traditions, history, heritage, and contributions of both Hispanic and Latinx folks. We are celebrating with special treats, community, giveaways, and a cascarita. A cascarita is a friendly pick up game of soccer. Join us for this family friendly celebration!
Time: 5pm to 7pm. Feel free to pop in at any time!
Where: Presidio's Main Post Lawn.
Please bring water, sturdy shoes, and dress in layers! No need for any soccer gear, we'll have a couple of soccer balls!
