NYC born & raised, Lisa has been in SoFlo for the past 25 years with her family as a resident of Ft Lauderdale.
For the past 25 years, Lisa has taught yoga class & certified over 1,000 into the teaching of Yoga with her training course.
She is a leader in community supporting all things health & wellness through her various hubs, Yoga cOMmUNITY FL, Ft Lauderdale Beach Yoga & Fitness and Zen Cruise Destinations.

Our mission with the LO/OP Fit Program is to provide access to a variety of group fitness classes in a safe and welcoming outdoor setting. Each of our certified, licensed, and insured fitness professionals have been added explicitly to the schedule based on their individual areas of expertise.
