LO-Houston Caminata con Amigos

Vamos a celebrar el Dia del Amor y Amistad con nuestra comunidad de Latino Outdoors!

We will start our walk promptly at 6 PM from the Nature Center building, since sunset starts around that time. Plan to arrive a bit earlier due to traffic. Parking at the Arboretum is free on Thursdays!

We are going to be taking a walk on the Inner Loop and Muscadine trails of the Houston Arboretum, which is a total of 1 mile long. Map of the trails. There is a really neat pond we will walk around and several spots we could pause to sit, chat and enjoy the area.

There are 2 entrances to the Arboretum. We recommend entering through the 610 Entrance, since you can find the Nature Center building more easily:

Things to bring:

• comfortable tennis shoes
• a water bottle to stay hydrated
• a small flashlight could be useful in case it starts getting dark during our walk.
• (not required) wear any red/pink clothing if your feeling in the Valentine's Day mood!
