IMPORTANT: Each participant over 18 years old should reserve a spot with their own name and email, in which they will receive a waiver to fill out. PLEASE FILL OUT WAIVER WHICH WILL BE SENT IN THE EVENTBRITE EMAIL AFTER YOU REGISTER

Join us for this family-friendly hike on Dia de los Reyes Magos. We will be sharing a rosca and champurrado (chocolate-flavored atole) and going on a hike in the shape of a rosca (loop). Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions/allergies in the registration form so that we are aware and we will try to accomodate them.

If you have any cold/flu symptoms please keep the community safe by staying home

All people ages 8+ are welcome!

Use: Hikers only, animals on leash permitted

Facilities: There are restrooms at the Nature Center which closes at 4pm. Ample parking and many picnic tables at the Nature Center grounds. There is cell service on this trail, we will provide you with cell phone numbers of the organizers in case you need them while there.

Terrain: The trail is narrow in some areas and un-paved. There is some shade on this trail, and it is mostly flat. There is snow and mud throughout this trail.

If you cannot attend, please let us know as soon as possible by cancelling your tickets or by replying the Eventbrite email so that we can release spots to those on the waitlist. Spots are limited!

Is there a cost for this event?

This is a free opportunity to gather with Latino Outdoors Colorado community and there is NO FEE to enter this park.

What should I bring to the event?

We recommend you bring:

Water
Sun protection (sunscreen, sunglasses, hat, protective clothing, or umbrella, etc.)
Cold weather gear
Mug (if you want champurrado)
Snowboots or waterproof hiking boots
Extra pair of socks

At least a day before the event, you will receive another email with more instructions on what to expect from the event, including the weather forecast.

Acompañenos en esta caminata familiar en el Día de los Reyes Magos. Estaremos compartiendo rosca y champurrado (atole a sabor de chocolate) y haremos una caminata en forma de rosca (circuito). Infórmenos si tiene alguna restricción o alergia dietética en el formulario de registro para que estemos al tanto e intentemos adaptarnos a ellas.

Si tiene algún síntoma de resfriado o gripe, mantenga segura a la comunidad quedándose en casa.
