Gather together with us just prior to Second Saturday in Midtown Sacramento! We will help beautify Fremont park for the family friend event and continue to work on brainstorming ideas to help further the principle of Leave No Trace. A small group participated in a trial run in July. We loved that this event is casual, very organic feeling, and focused on families. THis is an opportunity to help educate about LNT, and also show that cleaning up is worthwhile for everyone. We plan to enhance our trial idea of collecting MOOP, then selecting some interesting shapes to create art on-the-spot!
Bring a chair or blanket and personal picnic items.
