The LLPOA Board of Directors will meet on Monday, November 15 at the Mundelein Fire Station on Midlothian, and the Annual association meeting will follow.New this year! Must be a Loch Lomond resident and be present at the Annual Meeting to be eligible to win.
At this meeting of the association members, each property can submit a vote to elect members to the LLPOA Board of Directors, and all residents can share comments and concerns.
Before the annual meeting, the LLPOA will mail each household a packet containing the proposed 2022 budget, the agenda for the meeting, and a proxy form. If you cannot attend the annual meeting, please submit your proxy form to the Secretary or send it with another resident! In order to hold the election, there must be a quorum of association members (residents), and every proxy counts toward achieving that quorum.
