Bring your broken items to be fixed, and for PAT testing.Items may include portable electric items like lamps and vacuum cleaners, computers, phones, clothing, and lots more.
Run entirely by volunteers, watch them work and learn new skills.
Come and see what the set up is, maybe volunteer. We have lots of different things you can do, fix things, do some easy admin, serve refreshments, meet and greet the visitors or sit and chat.
Great way to meet people, get some experience for your cv, or just have some fun.
We need support for us to grow.
If you have any questions get in touch, the more information we have in advance the better, but it's not essential.
Repairs and refreshments are free, but donations are always welcome so we can pay the rental of the hall and for consumables.
We try to have a Welsh speaker present
We have information about local services and are dementia friendly.
There is a book section where you can read about how to fix things, or come and ask one of our repair people.
You may make new friends or learn a new skill so just call in.
We have tea, coffee and cake
Arrive early, first come first served.
Please be prepared for a wait we are fixing things, not a fast food takeaway 🤣😂 take a seat and have a chat.
You need to pay for car parking, unfortunately we have no control over the car park 😢
We try to fix whatever you bring in. So far we have had a range of vacuum cleaners, wobbly standard lamps, lights that don't work, small electrical devices, phones that are running slow, computers that are misbehaving, tools that need sharpening, gardening equipment, and lots more.
NOTE
Although we are open until 2pm we need time to fix things, so last book in time will be around 1.30pm
