Over the course of this training, safeTALK participants will learn to
-notice and respond to situations where suicide thoughts might be present
-Move beyond the common tendency to miss, dismiss, and avoid suicide.
-Apply the TALK steps: Tell, Ask, Listen, and KeepSafe
-Know community resources and how to connect someone with thoughts of suicide to them for further help.

Conversations for Suicide Safer Homes
Conversations for Suicide Safer Homes: a CALM-informed training focuses on how to create suicide safer environments when someone is experiencing thoughts of suicide. Upon completing this training, participants will experience increased comfort, confidence, and willingness to have the conversation when they recognize the warning signs and risk factors.
